Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of thedukanpos.com and the theDukanPOS cloud POS service. By starting a trial or subscription you agree to these terms.

The service

theDukanPOS is cloud-based software for billing, inventory, customer credit, reports and related business functions, with optional add-ons. Features may change and improve over time. The service requires an internet connection.

Free trial

New accounts may receive a 15-day free trial. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.

Subscriptions and fees

Plans start from PKR 2,500 per month in Pakistan and USD $10 per month internationally. Your price depends on the add-ons and options you choose and is confirmed before you subscribe. Fees are payable in advance for each billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your login details secure and be responsible for activity under your account.
• Use the service lawfully and keep your own records accurate.
• You are responsible for meeting your own tax, invoicing and regulatory obligations. theDukanPOS does not provide FBR or other government system integration.

Your data

You own the business data you enter. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, including during maintenance or internet outages.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, theDukanPOS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or misuse.
